This is a best practice technique that optimises the use of energy while cooking with GUARANEED WHOPPING GREAT BIG SAVINGS. Our online videos demonstrate how this is done. Once you get the hang of it, its like riding a bicycle, and you'll never waste energy while cooking again!

Our pan is a stove-top vessel, never to be used in an energy hungry oven!!

DROP IT DOWN LOW: The SteamFusion technique hails usage of high heat whilst steam is generated, and then low heat for the remainder of the cooking time. This is where the savings take effect.

Little or no water for organic foods that already contain water

Little Fat/oil necessary: A super way of achieving great results in a pan that takes care of you and your pocket. Healthy high smoke-point fats and oils brushed lightly in the already non-stick pan will suffice.

Using silicone or wood utensils in the pan ensure long use as any utensil made from abrasive materials will scratch the surface of the pan rendering it useless over time.

Equally when washing up, non abrasive materials such as silicone or natural brushes and sponges are best. The pan is best hand washed with warm soapy water shortly after use once cooled, in order to prevent dried-on food.
